Once the player achieves this goal, a cutscene is triggered, and on the first sunny Wednesday or Friday morning in spring, Marnie appears at the farm gate with either a dog or a cat. The only condition for this event to be triggered is for the player to leave the farmhouse between 6am and 9:30am. However, regardless of whether players make enough money, the event will be automatically triggered before spring 20th.
