Crushed Beast Bones are a crafting material in Diablo 4, and players need five of them to upgrade to the Light Healing Potion. While there aren't particularly many, some fans may have difficulty getting their hands on one of these important monster parts. For those players who are having a really hard time getting Beast Bones in Diablo 4, this guide provides details on effective farming strategies here.
Diablo 4: Broken Beast Bones location
Suggests that Diablo 4 players looking for broken bones turn their attention to the Flooded Mine in the Western Tunnels, east of Margrave. The exact location of this cellar has been marked on the map below for clarity, and fans from Margrave should climb the nearby ladder to get there quickly. It is worth noting that the following farming strategies may work in other wine cellars, but have only been first-hand tested in flooded mines.
Once inside the Flooded Mine, the player should eliminate all enemies inside to generate the Chest. This crate always seems to reward some Diablo 4 material when opened, and those materials are usually four or five broken beast bones. If players do not receive the materials they need when they first open a Flooded Ore Chest, they should simply leave the Vault, stand outside for about two minutes to respawn the event, and then re-enter for an opportunity to loot another chest.
Close Note that players may need to repeat this process a few times to get enough Beast Bones for the Light Healing Potion upgrade in Diablo 4. This method still seems to be more consistent than obtaining materials by killing beasts. Scattered across the map, though. In fact, some players have reported that they gained a lot of levels for killing beasts in various locations without ever seeing a broken bone.
That said, Scosglen seems to be a particularly good target area if players are determined to send mobs to get their shattered bones. For the uninitiated, Diablo 4's Scosglen can be headed northeast from Kyovashad, where there are plenty of beasts. While players who target these beasts may not gain Bonebreakers as quickly as players who focus on Flooded Mine Vaults, they will at least be able to do some exploration at the same time.
Diablo 4 is available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
